Hiring: Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (100% Remote) Are you a strategic finance professional who loves translating complex data into clear narratives, thrives on long-range planning, and excels at influencing leadership? Stellar Virtual is looking for a dynamic Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our finance team and partner closely with our Fractional CFO. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Strategic Planning: Lead the annual budgeting process, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning to ensure full alignment with our company strategy.
- Cash Flow & Liquidity: Monitor and project cash flows, optimize working capital, and provide expert advice to leadership on liquidity strategies to fuel operational growth.
- Financial Modeling: Build and refine dynamic financial models to evaluate new business opportunities, pricing strategies, and capital investments.
- Operational Partnership: Partner with department heads to translate operational goals into measurable financial targets.
- Analysis & Reporting: Conduct deep-dive variance analyses to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities, and oversee the preparation of monthly management reports and investor updates.
- Tool Optimization: Implement and optimize FP&A tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Power BI) to streamline reporting and analysis.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic planning.
- Technical Edge: Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Analytical Rigor: An understanding of GAAP and key financial metrics relevant to SaaS or virtual for-profit education.
- Strategic Influence: A proven track record of influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
- The Communicator: Exceptional ability to distill complex data into compelling stories for executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting process, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning—ensuring alignment with company strategy.
