Key Responsibilities & Duties * Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene, and toileting. * Mobility & Transfers: Provide safe ambulation, positioning, and transfer support adhering to client care plans. * In-Home Assistance: Prepare nutritious meals, assist with hydration/feeding, provide medication reminders, and perform light housekeeping and laundry. * Companionship & Care: Offer socialization, emotional support, and one-on-one personal care. * Documentation & Safety: Log accurate electronic care notes/service records, maintain client confidentiality, and communicate updates to the Caremed team. Qualifications & Requirements * Certification: Valid Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification. * Experience: Experience preferred, but entry-level applicants with valid certification are welcome. * Background Check: Ability to pass required employment background screening. * Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States. * Transportation: Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
