What You'll Get to Work On
Depending on your interests and experience, you'll have opportunities to help with:

• Interior design and finish selections
• Exterior materials and architectural selections
• Residential floorplan design
• Site planning and layout
• Construction and jobsite activities
• Researching housing and design trends
• Understanding what different target markets want in a home
• Exploring different living arrangements and residential product types
• Seeing how design decisions affect construction, cost, and marketability

You'll work  both in the office and in the field , gaining a firsthand understanding of how a residential project goes from an idea to a finished product.

Who Should Apply?
We're looking for a curious, motivated student interested in one or more of the following:

• Architecture
• Interior Design
• Construction Management
• Real Estate / Development
• Urban Planning
• Engineering

You don't need to have all the answers—we're looking for someone who is  creative, willing to learn, detail-oriented, and excited to get involved .
